9/19/2019

27 practice rooms in the MB and 6 practice rooms in Smith were UNLOCKED at AM rounds. UNACCEPTABLE.
Weekly Smith Hall meetings (Mandel/Liong/Cobin)
CDL space and Gamelan check (Mandel)
Sept. 28 logistics meeting for benefit concert (Haken/Mandel)
Commercial repaired ADA door LL Mens RR and replaced the Ram board in the elevator.

Wasps reported in MB 4028/4030. Exterminators called.
Use caution in elevator, floor protection is starting to peel up. Commercial to replace tonight or tomorrow.
Kouzov stereo and computer has been installed.
Searching for a bass sackbut in inventory (Mandel)
Biennial 2018 was formally wrapped up this afternoon. BI 2020 starts in May 2020... dun dun dun.
ADA opener in the LL Men's RR is not working. May be a malfunction or switch, Commercial is investigating.
Nothing happening at Smith Hall, Barton Malow is absent, yet again.
Keep your doors locked and windows uncovered in practice rooms!

Begin tunnel surplus clean out (Mandel)
Brenna is caught up with recital forms, events calendar is pending updating!
Siebel Center meeting regarding ATLAS calendaring and Gigatrak (Mandel)
MB renovation construction meeting (Wahls)
Smith 25 projector and doc cam has been fixed (Wahls)
0358 AV is broken and working intermittently.
- Parts are ordered, but wall connector unit must be repaired and wall patched.

Facilities and Operations meeting with the Director (Mandel/Wahls)
Leak discovered in new Men's RR on the 1st floor, some water found in MBA and rooms adjacent. Solutions pending.
