The mystery is solved! They are replacing the reheat valves in the lower level and installing new ball style shutoffs. The reheat pump is tagged off and the system is drained. I believe that they are getting the valves in first so that they can refill the system and get it going again soon. We have perimeter heat! Thank you for helping out with this. This will keep the offices warm for our faculty, we will work internally as to how we can get some heat to the third floor via convection. I talked to Guy today about seeing if we can get some preheat going on AHU4 to take the edge off of it, I think that if we ran a supply air temp of 68-70 degrees and let the VAV boxes do their magic then we should be good until the reheat is going again. Of course, when that happens we will need to restore the preheat to OA sensing. Thank you all for all of your time today! This is certainly help out as the temp is dropping today/tonight.
